Canada has just begun an exciting policy for some candidates from the PNP, according to which they can apply for an open work visa. - Victims of Abuse: Employees with an employer-specific work permit who are experiencing abuse in their workplace.
- Temporary Residents: The evaluation excluded ILRs of temporary residents and expired permits as well as those holders with removal orders.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for the position, the candidate must either possess a valid work permit or have applied for a new one. These consists of the ones who had their work permits expiring after May 7 2024, and who have applied for a renewal of the same. Again, work permit renewal applicants who apply for renewal after this date and get an approval can also apply.
Application Process
